JPD Resources Annual Program Fund Consultant The Annual Program Fund Consultant works with the JPD Board and the UUA Annual Program Fund to promote full fair share participation of JPD congregations in denominational funding programs. The consultant can provide information to congregational leaders on the status of their congregation and assist them in reaching full fair share. Mike Harris
The JPD Compensation Consultants are charged with promoting the implementation of the compensation guidelines adopted by the General Assembly and the UUA Board of Trustees. The consultants work in educating congregations and promoting the UUA’s compensation guidelines. The Compensation Consultants meet with all search committees and Boards to assist them in proposing adequate compensation packages for newly hired or settled professional staff. JPD Facilitators Program A team of trained facilitators, many of whom work professionally in the fields of teambuilding and problem solving, provide services to JPD congregations for board, committee and congregational retreats and meetings. Many participants have written about how helpful it was to have a facilitated retreat when a new Board of Trustees or Search Committee is beginning to work. The facilitator program is supported by the JPD and costs are very reasonable to a congregation. To schedule a facilitator, contact the Program Coordinator or the JPD office. Meredith Higgins, Program Coordinator Ministerial Settlement Representatives The Ministerial Settlement Representatives are trained by the UUA Department of Ministry to assist congregations in their search for full-time and settled ministers.
